Caregiver Difference
All of the caregivers we refer are licensed CNAs or certified HHA’s who have graduated from an accredited state board of nursing approved program. Each is very experienced providing care for seniors.
All caregivers we refer have passed a state required level 2 background screening, so you can feel safe welcoming them into your home.
Customer Support 24/7
One attribute of amazing support is actually listening to the customer. Our care coordinators are hired for their compassion and desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
We are available whenever you call day or night (even holidays). You will speak with an experienced coordinator who can answer questions and help you find the care you need.
There are many home care options from which you can choose. As you do research make sure that the provider is licensed. This reassures you that they follow the best practices to protect seniors.
The Agency for Health Care Administration (ACHA) regulates health care for seniors in Florida. All of our offices are AHCA licensed. This signifies that we comply with state laws as well as pass ongoing inspections.

Client Driven Care Plans
A certified nurse will meet at your home, so they can understand your health concerns, answer questions, discuss needs, and review caregiver options.
Then they will help you create a care plan detailing the services you require. Based on those needs we will provide several caregiver referral, so you can select the best fit.

WOW! Talk about an amazing experience! Concierge care has been the biggest blessing to my family! We use their services for my grandmother and I have to say my grandmother had never been better!
