We spend a great deal of time with each client because we want to fully understand any issues that impact your level of care. With your advisor you will create a client driven care plan that will guide the home care services caregivers we refer provide.
Clients make the final decisions on their care and select their caregivers. Not every home care company gives you this flexibility of choice, but we have found that building a personal connection with your caregiver greatly enhances your care.
A home health aide should go beyond just meeting physical needs. A great caregiver will make daily life more enjoyable by being a senior’s companion and sharing activities. Over time they will become a real friend.
