Customized, Client Directed Care Plans
When you call, a Care Coordinator will answer any questions and connect you with a Senior Care Advisor who will schedule a home visit. When you meet, they will get to know more about you and your care needs as well as evaluating potential safety hazards in your home.
The Senior Care Advisor will discuss and listen to the care plan and desires of the client. We spend a great deal of time with each client because we want to understand any issues that impact the needed level of care. Then a Care Coordinator will work to introduce you to any available caregivers that you think may fit and make the referral.
Creating Caregiver Relationships
The compatibility between you and the provider is important; we are dedicated to connecting you with a home health aide, or CNA who gives you a sense of comfort, security, and peace of mind. We encourage you to meet with and approve your caregiver before services start to make sure it’s the right fit. Because ultimately, they can become a true friend.
Beyond basic physical care, a home care assistant can help make daily life more joyful by participating in activities like reading, playing games, gardening, or even walking. Caregivers can assist with everyday tasks like shopping or cooking and also offer emotional support.
Whatever the level of assistance needed, our team will help enable you to find the perfect caregiver and will always be available for questions or if those needs change.
