It starts with a call, where we answer questions and begin to understand what home health services you require. Next, we will schedule time for a certified nurse to conduct a complementary care assessment, either in your home or on the phone.
During the assessment we will get more details, explain pricing, and work with you to create a personalized care plan to meet your needs. Then we will refer several qualified home health aides for you to interview and make a decision which one or two will provide your care.
We can conduct a care assessment within 2-4 hours and possibly have a caregiver at your home that same day. For sure, we can connect you with a provider within 24 hours.
We do not lock clients into contracts, or make you commit to a certain number of days or hours. You are always in complete control of when you receive care. We also do not make you prepay as some other home care companies do. Check out payment options.
Minimums are negotiable. Most clients receive 4 or more care hours per time, but we do offer simple bath visits as well as other shorter times. Your care is always based on your needs, not clock watching.
